The service

Dring, run by Clinaude, lets a business alert its customers on their phone when their order is ready. Contact: [email protected].

Your account

You need a working email address. You're responsible for what's done with your account and with the tablets you pair; unpair a lost tablet from Staff & devices.

Free trial

Every new account gets 14 days free, without a card.

Price

• 149 MAD a month per active branch, or 1,490 MAD a year (two months free).
• No limit on orders, alerts or tablets.
• Until online payment opens, nothing is charged.
• Any price change is announced at least 60 days ahead and never applies before the end of a period you've already paid.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the Billing page once payment opens, or by email. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid; there's no commitment beyond it. Deleting your account is immediate.

Your customers

Use Dring only to inform customers about their orders, not for advertising. The customer page explains what is processed; our privacy policy covers the rest.

Fair use

Don't use Dring for anything unlawful, don't try to break or overload it, and keep your API keys secret.

What we can and can't promise

We work to keep Dring running and fix problems quickly. But an alert also depends on Apple, Google, the networks and the customer's phone, so we can't guarantee that every alert arrives. Keep a fallback, such as calling the number at the counter.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you except in urgent cases.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and its date, and email businesses about important changes before they apply.
